Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the aking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment and cheques (subject to clearance). If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. |

The standard delivery charge for orders delivered outside the UK will apply to most such orders. If the actual cost of shipping plus insurance is significantly higher we reserve the right to charge the actual cost but we will email you for confirmation before charging your card. If you disagree with the quoted shipping charge you will have the right to cancel the order. Customers outside the EU will not be charged VAT on goods or shipping. Customers in the UK and other EU countries will always be charged VAT. Most items will be dispatched the day you place the order, but there will be occasional delays. If you are working to a deadline - such as a birthday - please let us know and we will do everything possible to hit it, or tell you that we cannot. We will never charge your credit card until goods are ready to ship. |
| Delivery Schedule Most items will be dispatched the day you place the order and will arrive within 2 working days, but there will be occasional delays for factors outside our control. If you are working to a deadline - such as a birthday - please let us know in the box provided on the checkout page and we will do everything possible to hit it, or tell you that we cannot. Otherwise, please allow a maximum of ten working days for delivery (UK) and three weeks (overseas). We will never charge your credit card until goods are ready for dispatch, and we will always keep you informed if we expect a delay. |

Tax Charges Prices for all products are subject to value added tax (VAT) at 17.5% and are displayed both including and excluding VAT. This tax will be clearly shown on the invoice that will accompany your goods.
VAT is not chargeable to customers outside the European Union so your order value will be based on the ex-VAT price. |
Credit Card Security We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch and most other debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Our shopping site site uses secure 128 bit encryption. Your card will be charged in UK Sterling and your card company will convert it to your own currency at the prevailing rate as determined by them.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. Credit card details are not held in unencrypted form on any internet site.

Guarantee We want you to really enjoy your purchases from us. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to return it to us for a refund or credit. Returns must reach us within 28 days after you received them and should be in the original packaging with nothing missing and no wear or damage.
All our products carry a manufacturer's warranty of at least one year unless otherwise stated in the product description on the web page. If you experience any problem within the warranty period with anything you purchased from us please email us and we will send you instructions for returning the item for refund or replacement.
Consumable components such as batteries will not normally be covered by any guarantee or warranty.
Some manufacturers also offer limited lifetime warranties - see your product packaging for details. |

Returns Policy If you wish to return an item please email or call us first for instructions.
Faulty goods, or goods that fail during the warranty period, will be replaced or a full refund made.
Goods returned for other reasons (e.g. you changed your mind) must be returned for refund within 28 days in perfect condition and in the intact orginal packaging. Postage and packing will be refunded only if goods returned are faulty. For items orginally supplied free of postage an amount of £5.95 will be charged unless returned goods are faulty.
You are responsible for ensuring that any returned goods reach us in good condition. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for all items and using an insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery for items valued over £25.
